There is an old saying in football that “a great goalkeeper is half the team,” and our Mladen Jurkas has grown into one of the finest shot-stoppers in the Premier League.
A true Borac academy product, developed at Platonova 6, Jurkas will remain in his “second home” until 2029.
Mladen Jurkas has signed a new contract with FK Borac, to the satisfaction of both the player and the club.
“I am happy to have extended my contract. Borac is my ‘second home,’ and this is where my football dreams have become reality. First, I dreamed of stepping into the senior team, and then of becoming the first-choice goalkeeper and winning trophies. Dreams do come true, and signing this new contract motivates me even more to keep improving. I would like to thank the club management, coaches, and my teammates—none of this would have been possible without them. We move forward towards new victories and new trophies,” said Jurkas.
