FK Borac Assembly: Saša Kajkut Appointed Technical Director

A regular session of the FK Borac Assembly was held in the Trophy Room, during which several changes were approved.

Saša Kajkut, the former director of our Youth Academy, was unanimously appointed as the new Technical Director of FK Borac.

Through his dedicated work in the previous period, Saša Kajkut achieved excellent results within the Youth Academy, and he now faces new challenges in his new role.

Negotiations are currently underway with several candidates for the position of Youth Academy Director, and the public will be informed in due time about the appointment of the new head of the academy.

FK Borac’s coaching staff has also been strengthened with the arrival of Igor Mirković, the former head coach of FK BSK, who joins as an assistant coach.

In the previous period, Igor Mirković led our cadet team to the championship title in Bosnia and Herzegovina, while he crowned his coaching work so far by winning the First League of Republika Srpska title with FK BSK.

In the upcoming season, our team is expected to continue achieving excellent results on all football fronts, with a particular focus on new European success.

The works on the installation of the roof structure on the East Stand are entering their final phase and will be completed by the end of June. The joint conclusion of all delegates present was that further investment in the development of FK Borac’s infrastructure remains one of the club’s priorities.
