Premier League Title Race: Draw in Mostar

In the season’s biggest derby, our “red and blues” took another step toward winning the championship title.

The clash in Mostar against HŠK Zrinjski Mostar ended 1–1, and with this point added to our tally, we remain ten points clear of Zrinjski with six rounds left in the Premier League race.

The hosts took the lead in the 57th minute through Duje Dujmović, while the equalizer came in the 81st minute thanks to Miloš Jojić.

Zrinjski finished the match with ten men after Antonio Ilić received a red card in the 75th minute.

“I think the first half was evenly matched. In the second half, before Zrinjski scored, we had a very good chance that we missed. On the other hand, Zrinjski took the lead, and we had to fight our way back into the game. We managed to equalize and then had another opportunity through Luka Juričić, which we didn’t convert. All in all, this point has helped us maintain our lead and brought us even closer to our goal,” said Vinko Marinović, head coach of our team.
