Ready for New Victories: Anderson Esiti Joins Borac
Talk of his arrival at Platonova 6 has been circulating for some time, and now the deal has officially been completed to the satisfaction of both sides.
Anderson Esiti put pen to paper on a two-year contract with a smile on his face, arriving in Banja Luka highly motivated to show his quality.
“I’m happy to have joined Borac and to be in Banja Luka. The city seems very beautiful, and the club has high ambitions, which was one of the things that attracted me. I’m looking forward to this new challenge in my career and I can’t wait to start working with my new teammates. I will give my best to help the team achieve all of its goals,” said Esiti, whose most recent spell was with Hungarian side Diósgyőr.
His footballing résumé also includes spells with Gent, PAOK and Ferencváros, while he has also represented the Nigerian national team.
Esiti operates as a defensive midfielder and says that throughout his career he has always followed the same motto — fighting spirit can make the difference.
“I’m ready to fight until the very end for this club. I know that our first goal is to qualify for the UEFA Conference League, and I believe we can achieve that. We will also be fighting for every domestic trophy, and I can promise that in every match I will give everything I have to help the team reach all of its goals,” Esiti said.
Anderson Esiti, welcome to the Borac family!
